1 year agoIf there is a problem with your flooring they DONT CALL YOU BACK!!! They want there $$ right away so you pay in full but then don't finish the job!!! -

2 years agoVery unprofessional company all around. Met with Jason in December to plan our bathroom remodel. Upon discussing popular bathroom appliance colors, Jason recommended rose gold which we decided to go with. Was told that demolition and construction would start early January. There was a delay in getting all products in, so construction was pushed back to February 1st. Today (June 28), our bathroom is still not finished. Was told that due to us changing from chrome to rose gold and tile flooring we needed to pay $1000 to finish the bathroom. We payed the $1000 with a signed contract that stated the bathroom would be completed within 2 weeks. Check was cashed next day and no work done on our bathroom for weeks. Workers don't communicate with each other or us. Parts (lights, mirrors, our door handle) are still missing. Upon trying to talk with Jason, we were told to not contact him or go to his showroom ever again. We were just wanting our bathroom that was started 5 months ago to be done. Be careful we this company will take your money and then ghost you and make you out to be "unreasonable." There is much more to this story. Do NOT recommend working with RIC.
