I can't express enough how grateful I am to Classic Carpet Cleaning for their flexibility in timing and their excellent service. They were able to accommodate an unexpected timing change we had and suggest useful services for our new house. The previous owner had a cat and they did a fantastic job of getting all of the cat hair out of the carpet, Scotchgarding it, and deodorizing. Our hose smells fresh and our carpets look and feel wonderful. We will definitely return to them yearly for our carpet cleaning needs and would highly recommend them. -

11 years agoUsed them several times, and they have always been great. They are always professional and courteous. Twice the carpets were left too wet and staining from the pad started to come through, but they came out promptly to resolve/reclean. I should note that our carpets are old and always very dirty/challenging, but they handle them very well!
