5 months agoCalled american dream carpet clean to come check out my carpets. I was told the carpets were cleaned before I moved in. I started losing so much sleep, id wake up congested and coughing and sneezing, and the days I would come home from work, and left my windows closed, It would smell like someone walked their dogs in my apartment. Knowing that property management was lying to me, I found bill on Google. He came by and said he could do my carpets right then and there, because even he was taken away by the foul stench coming up from The carpets. He used a black light and some kind of moisture probe and was able to determine and visually show me where the problem was. He set up in about 3 minutes and had my entire apartment done in just under an hour. He advised me that he may not be able to get some of the stains out due to it being an old carpet. But not only did he get the stains out 3 days later I can come home to a fully closed up apartment with no horrible stench l. American dream carpet clean is a step above the rest, I will never call on anyone else, after I see what these guys do. 10 stars highly recommend you atleast give them a chance to come look and give a quote. You won't be disappointed. -
