2 months agoSeveral things could be a lot better. More details to troubled areas we pointed out and areas we paid much more to remove, secondly just poor customer service. We weee quoted $300.xx but gave a final price of slightly $1k. I understand the variance paying $200-$300 more, when I mentioned it owner/operator said he already mixed the solutions and would have to throw away? I didn't want to argue and thought I would give them a chance to wow me. I was disappointed, no final walk thru, no attention to details. Before selecting your cleaners please do your due diligence. -

1 year agoThe worst company ever! Our room in the basement is soaking wet still after 24 hours! He made a mess with water on our wall and bubbles flying. You get what you paid for and that's the case with my husband! As you can see, we have a wet vacuum and had to suck the water out of the carpet and still it's wet! If it was me, I would never hire him coz I could see already even before he started cleaning the carpet! -

1 year agoFlash service group of des moines Well, first off he came in talking loud and very rude . Then he gave me a higher estimate than the $89 dollars. Refused to clean under furniture as requested and told me that if I needed him to clean under the loveseat and couch that I would have to pay him $100 for each item. I informed him that it should be stated on his site so that customers would know before booking his service. So if you're only looking to have the middle of your floor cleaned and charged more than go ahead. I for one if I have someone come to clean my carpet I want my carpet cleaned! Flash must be in reference to the fact that there only going to do half the job! -
