7 months agoReno floors installed our carpet yesterday. They did a wonderful job, were neat and fast and very polite and friendly. I had made the mistake of ordering carpet from Home Depot. Home Depot made a giant mess of it and were impossible to contact after the purchase and the manager was horrible once I finally heard back from him four days later, so do yourself a favor and book direct with Reno Floors. Oncer they were in charge things went smoothly with no stress. Thanks Reno Floors! -

They were given only a day to get it all done and they over performed! Devon checked back the next day just to make sure that the carpet survived us moving our furniture into the suite. -
