13 years agoThis is the fourth time I have used Carpet Club and have been happy each and every time. I originally found Carpet Club on Angie's List. I initially worked with Neal who helped me find the carpet that met my needs and was within my budget. He was wonderful to work with and he kept me up to date and within budget. The installer, Abel, was great. He removed the old carpet and padding and took away. Then he installed new padding and the carpet. He worked by himself and was very detailed oriented. I just had my condo painted and he did not leave one mark on the walls or baseboard...amazing. Corners were cut with precision and the seams were undetectable (I am very picky about those things). He completed the installation with a thorough vacuuming. All in all a wonderful experience! -

13 years agoI thought they were really good. They arrived on time. For the initial customer service, an individual came out and took a look at what we needed to have done. He was prompt. We scheduled the work after that and again, he arrived on time. I was very happy with them. I would use them again for sure.
