2 years agoHired them to clean after a main line sewer back up flooded out house. They missed piles of actual poop all over the floor, but refused to remove flooring because it wasn't "wet" 3 days later. Absolutely asinine. They actually think that I'm going to live in sewage because they are too lazy or incompetent to do their jobs? Absurd. They actually said this house was clean. There is still poop coming out of the bathtub, behind the fridge, and on the walls. -

My aunt is and olderly lady who in the past got screwed over by another cleaning company so she was very skeptical by having another carpet cleaning company come and clean them again.AUSTIN SHOWED UP HE WAS IN GOOD SPIRITS ; HAD A SMILE ON HIS FACE HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US STEP BY STEP SO WE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON & WE KNEW EXACTLY WAHT HE WAS PUTTING ON THE CARPETS ; WE LOVED IT.
