11 months agoI loved working with the Flooring Liquidator team. First I met Mark, the owner. He was knowledgeable and helped me find good flooring on a budget. The installation was able to get done very quickly by Juan and Manuel Sepulveda. (They outsource their installation work. I would give them 5 stars but they don't have a social media presence.) the Sepulvedas were AMAZING. They did great work, were professional and fast. I can't say good enough things about this process. -

2 years agoNo one beats flooring liquidators' prices! I've purchased flooring from them a few times now and they've crushed the prices of anywhere else I've shopped. Found a floor you like, but it doesn't appear they carry it? Mark will locate it and still beat everyone's price. He's done that for me twice. But the real reason I'm writing this review today is to share how they take care of customers. I "thought" I found the floor I wanted. The sample was exactly what I was looking for. I bought and paid for almost 2,000 sq. ft. of it several months in advance of it's installation. When time for installation came we laid a few pieces out and it was VERY different from the sample floor board. I was sick. I contacted Mark (the owner). They agreed it looked nothing like the manufacture's sample board and fought on my behalf to get the supply house to take it back. In the end, the supply house not only took it back, but they DID NOT charge me the typical 25% restocking fee. I'm grateful for businesses like flooring liquidator that go the extra mile. They helped my find a floor that looks fantastic and I could not be happier. Thank you Mark and team, and thank you Flooring Liquidators!
