3 weeks agoThese pros were phenomenal. I purchased some flooring that I was getting ready to install when it became apparent that the floor preparation needed was much too difficult. The most difficult part was needed feathering to do a 3/8 inch drop in a wide space in the dining room. Because it was in the kitchen and dining room, it was essential to be a near-flat finish. This company far exceeded my expectations. Everyone we show the floor is extremely impressed. This is one of the few companies that was willing to use my own flooring, and it looks great. -

1 year agoWe built our dream house in South Jordan this year and our GC recommended using Bonsai. Josh was great to meet with us, discuss options and pricing points, and allow us to make the flooring truly custom. His team also did a great job on wood trim details (windows, and some picture frame wall mouldings). His team were our favorites of all subs we had on the home which took almost 2 yrs to complete. They communicated about details, texting me pictures and questions, and were respectful of the home in general, wanting their work to be quality. Josh even came back after 6 months to help us with some floor vents to lift, no charge! Great job guys! Thank you for the good work -
