2 months agoJaz was an absolute pleasure to work with on my kitchen project. Despite some snafus with the countertop templater that were outside of ProSource's control, she advocated for me to ensure that the job was done right and in good time. Their product offering is excellent. Additionally, Angelo was extremely helpful in swiftly replacing tiles which had been shipped from the manufacturer with damage. They are very responsive, easy to work with, and their showroom makes it very easy to pick everything you need (I purchased new engineered wood flooring, kitchen countertops, and kitchen backsplash tiles) in one spot. Highly recommend. -

9 months agoI could not urge anyone more strongly to stay away from this business. They measured our space incorrectly and forgot to mention they would charge separately and whatever they wanted for the installation of the carpet. They then ordered the extra carpet they were missing (given their incorrect measurements they made) and tacked on an extra delivery fee and extra installation costs that were not disclosed until weeks after the installation. I ended up paying more than I would have paid elsewhere and had a very unpleasant experience. Unless you are a contractor and have your own installer and some pricing power, do not use Pro-source. There is a lack of transparency and attention to detail that is very difficult to work with. -
