1 year agoIf I could give 0 stars I would. 6 months later and the repairs aren't even started. There response to emails is absolutely horrible. Communication is severly lacking, they show up unprepared for meetings, not even on time. The list goes on.... If you have any other options, do not use this company. -

2 years agoServiceMaster Albino was wonderful to work with. They are professional, timely and the staff is wonderful to work with. We had a significant flood in my house and I contacted them at 6:00PM on a Saturday night. They had a crew out to my house by 9:00PM and pumped 3 feet of water out of my basement until 6:00AM Sunday morning. They then came back and finished the job which included removing cabinets, flooring, walls, and discarding destroyed items. They cleaned and treated everywhere where mold had started to grow. The crew was outstanding! They worked hard, were neat and cleaned up every day. They were friendly and kept an otherwise distressing situation lite with humor. I cannot say enough about the level of service we received from everyone in the company. They were fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them. -

They are always on time and on-budget. At Ebner Camps, Inc. we operate 4 summer camps and a wedding and banquet facility and the team at Service Master is our first and only call. We could not be more impressed with them overall and will continue to work with well into the future. -

5 years agoServiceMaster Albino was great to work with. The staff communicated to us very well and walked us thru every step of the water damage to our home, which put our minds at ease. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends for a water damage cleanup. I am sure they do a great job with cleaning up fires, mold or other storm wind damage too.
