5 months agoI don't typically post reviews; however, I feel compelled to do so for Certified Carpet Cleaning & Restoration. They just completed cleaning my sofa, area rug and carpets and stretching one room of carpet that had become a hazard for this old lady. I have to say I am blown away by the exceptional job this company did. The carpets and the sofa look as good as new! The owner PERSONALLY came to participate, oversee and assure my satisfaction with the job. They arrived on time. Both he and his associate were very nice, personable, not rushed and their only concern was my happiness with their work. A few times prior, I had used ZeroRez. They did well the first time; not so well the second time; the last time I vowed to myself not to use them again because, even though I booked the appointment to include the sofa cleaning, they refused to do so stating they did not know what kind of fabric it was (by the way, they had cleaned it on a prior visit). Oh, I also should add that Certified Carpet Cleaning has very reasonable rates and often runs specials!!! Definitely a 5 Star operation!!! -

8 months agoCertified Carpet Cleaning stretched, cleaned and pet-treated all the wall-to-wall carpets Kim our 2-story 5,000 sf house. The carpet is 9 years old, and now looks (and smells!) brand new. Excellent job at a very fair price. -
