4 months agoFantastic service and a beautiful result! The installers were professional, friendly, and helpful at every turn. They obviously have skill and experience, plus they were prompt and communicated throughout the process. Very nice crew. The office staff, managers, and owners were so nice and accommodating, too. Even when I had an immediate request for slight revision, they got it taken care of immediately! Felt like locals taking care of their neighbors. -

4 months agoOther than a sloppy end wall cut with unglued slices in the vynle under the entry door they did a reasonble job. The sloppy cut, about 2 ft long was obvious and ugly and when i complained they sent a worker who caulked it over, to hide the cut and even did a bad job of that. Then, with a raised grumble. i was informed, "you get what you pay for!" inferring that my over $3000 wasn't worth his time. I guess ill have to fix it myself. I am a crippled elder but i'll do a better job than they did. honestly the guy was harsh and showed, in my opinion, his true nature. They earning this bad review over one hours work replacing 9 feet of trim before i paint. and i alread had the trim board and nails. I should have not gone to a discount floor company and i suggest you don't. -

FAQ
How does Midwest Coast Flooring determine pricing for carpet installation?
We base pricing on precise measurements of your space, the type of carpet selected, and any specific installation needs like subfloor preparation. Custom quotes ensure you get accurate costs without surprises. Contact us at 1640 Maple St in North Bend, OR, for a detailed estimate tailored to your project.
Do you offer free estimates for carpet installation?
Midwest Coast Flooring provides free estimates to help you understand costs upfront. Our experienced crew assesses your space on-site to deliver precise quotes based on measurements and materials. This approach lets you plan confidently for your flooring project.
Is Midwest Coast Flooring licensed and insured for flooring work?
We maintain proper licensing and insurance to handle carpet and flooring installations safely. Our family-owned team brings hands-on experience to every job in North Bend, OR. This setup protects your home and ensures professional standards throughout the process.
What is the typical timeline and arrival window for your installations?
We arrive when scheduled and complete most residential carpet installations in a day, depending on room size and complexity. Our crew communicates clearly about start times and wraps up efficiently to minimize disruption. Expect prompt service from measurement to final stretch and securement.
Does Midwest Coast Flooring handle cleanup after carpet installation?
We perform thorough cleanup after every installation, removing all debris and excess materials from your home. Our crew leaves your space sharp and ready to use, focusing on details like precise cuts and tidy edges. This includes handling waste so you avoid any hassle.
Why is professional carpet installation by you safer and better than DIY?
Our method uses specialized tools like power stretchers for wrinkle-free seams and durable results that DIY lacks. Professionals ensure proper padding, precise trimming, and secure tucks under baseboards for longevity. Attempting it yourself risks uneven floors, visible gaps, and voided warranties from improper techniques.
