7 months agoI purchased Amorin Traces Natural 12/21. Installed in early 23 after a kitchen remodel. After living with it for a year and a half, I am still absolutely in love with it. With three adults and four cats, there are no signs of wear or fade. Installed in the kitchen, dining, living and hall. The professionality of green flooring was exceptional, cery helpful and attentive. I would not hesitate to use them again. -

4 years agoWe experienced an exceptional level of service from Jorden, with essentially instant responses, throughout the entire process. That gave us confidence to purchase about 1500 square feet of higher end flooring from an online company. His closest competitor was 40% higher in cost, too, and I didn't feel the local competitor would advocate for us like Jorden said he would if there were to be an issue with defective flooring. His expertise in the Coretec products line guided us to make the perfect choice of a LVP that had a nearly authentic "wood floor feeling" when walking on it. We are also completely satisfied with the Italian porcelain floors and trim pieces we ordered. Having to deal with a two-story flood, in another state, during a pandemic with travel restrictions, was difficult enough, so it was both a relief and a pleasure dealing with Green Flooring Supply. -

5 years agoI can tell you that you'll receive attentive ordering/follow up customer service from greenflooringsupply.com. That being said, I can also tell you that they have a brutal return policy! The flooring I received wasn't quite what I was expecting (texture) from the floor sample I received. It was disappointing enough to where I decided to return my 3,000+ lbs. of floor back!lol Now I'm stuck making thousands of dollars in payments towards a floor I don't own due to their restocking fee. In the future (hindsight) I shall make sure to buy my floors from a company that has a more customer friendly/oriented return policy such as home depot, lowes, floor and decor etc...as opposed to a place like Greenflooringsupply.com who will charge you a 25% percent restocking fee should you ever have the audacity to change your mind on a product! I'm just trying to share my experience so that nobody else finds themselves in my situation. If you do order from here, make double/triple sure you've seen,walked and felt the installed product before ordering.
