8 months agoI was originally quite happy. About a year after installation, I noticed an area of about 4 square feet that looked like it had been worn down for twenty years. I called three times and left messages for sean. He never returned my calls. Finally, on the fourth call, he picked up the phone and I explained the problem. He explained that with this kind of rug that was not uncommon. I would have appreciated knowing that at the time that I bought the carpet, as I might have bought a different type of carpeting. He told me it could be temporarily repaired by having it steam cleaned and said that he would be in touch with someone to perform that. It is about three weeks later, and I have still not heard from sean or a contractor. The post purchase service of this company is horrendous.
