The installers did an amazing job with the transition from the tile to the hardwood. They showed up when they said they would be here, kept the work area as clean as possible, and communicated any concerns. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome as the quality installation really wows. -

4 years agoNW Professional Hardwood did almost 1,100 SF of hardwood for us in late July 2021. Stefan was professional and very easy to work with. Our project included removing about 600 SF of carpet and replacing it with new oak to match the 500 SF of existing oak floors. The new wood was "laced" into the existing planks and sanded, stained, and finished with two coats of Swedish finish. The finished floors all look fabulous. We had a few minor callback items that were handled cheerfully and promptly. Stefan and his crew did an outstanding job and we highly recommend them. -

5 years ago$18,000 Stefan came referred to me by Macadam Flooring in 2019. He installed 2200 sq feet of new hardwood and two staircases in our 1980s Lake Oswego home and matched it to an existing floor. We had him install soundproofing underneath the hardwood. He had to work around uneven subfloors, outlets in the floor, fireplaces, and transitions to tile and linoleum. All the work was flawless. His crew was on time, hard working, met their target date and did outstanding work. His price was reasonable. In 2021 we hired Stefan w to stain and refinish 1000 sq feet of floor for our 1998 Vancouver home and install another 200 sq feet extension. The floors were greyed from water and traffic damage. They had stains and cupping from water and pet urine. They look phenomenal-brand new. The old hardwood looks the same as the new. He gave us a very fair price. The work was completed 5 days early. NW Professional Hardwood has been the most reliable, professional and competent contractor I have ever hired. -
