1 year agoI wish I can give better star. But this rating is for carpet cleaning. Person who showed up was awesome. They were available same day. Appreciate that. The charge was $180, gave $200. My carpet looked like it was vacuumed only with hot water something I could've done. Stained didn't get removed from carpet, even now the carpet is dried you can visibly see "all the original stains" and the reason we wanted professional cleaner. We end up redoing the stains ourselves and looked much better. When my carpet was dried up, it left my carpet feeling rough instead of clean/softness top, another reason I felt it was just hot water wash. Again, I'm rating the job, not the sweet guy that came to do the job. Also it only took him less than 30 min. $200 dollars! I had to ask him to re-run his vacuum on stained looking area. Although the guy was awesome, I will not use this company again. -

3 years agoCharged $500 for two rooms, hallway and stairs. He worked for one hour and didn't move one pice of furniture- not even the cat tower. Didn't clean behind the sofa which was fully accessible. Had to ask for him to wipe the water off of the wood floor when he was done. I learned a valuable lesson. Get a quote before hand or say no when they throw out such a large price and ask questions about what I assumed was standard procedure. Feel a bit duped.
