5 months agoEverything moved smoothly from the quote to the startup process. The quote was thorough and there were no "I'll have to look into that" responses to my questions. The pre-installation process was impressive and very well organized. The installation team was on time, professional and customer focused. Clearly they were experienced and their entire process was well done. The final step, the startup, went well with detailed instructions on the Generac's operation, my responsibilities and what to do when new questions arose. Each of the Optimize folks I dealt with was prepared, organized, thorough, and experienced. I highly recommend Optimize if you want a highly satisfactory experience. -

5 months agoThis team is fantastic! The quote process was easy and very informative. Dakota was very thorough, explaining all aspects of the generator and installation process. The install team was exceptional. They walked through placement, timing of everything for the day and ensured I was satisfied with the install before leaving. The final step was the walk through on generator operation and maintenance, he was patient and explained everything in detail! They made it easy and affordable, I absolutely would recommend them! -

7 months agoThe installation and original service was all good, steps were taken to explain the whole process. My problem is paying a yearly maintenance fee, having the test go off for ten minutes every week and the next day , Wednesday , electricity goes out and no generator. Call the office they send a service tech out says the battery is bad, ( about 3 years old.) a two year warranty battery will be $180, the tech takes my card runs it through, next day I see a charge for $330. Call the office it's a service fee. Why not tell me that. Then next day I get a email your Generac is not connected to the wi-fi. Why didn't the tech do that before he left. I spent about half a hour with a tech over the phone and he was very helpful and got me going. Question, why do I have a maintenance plan for $300 a year. How does it test run and next day battery is dead, why didn't I get some text or email my battery was low, hell my ring doorbell does that. And what a coincidence, a very good friend that I referred to optimize 2 days later her lights go out, generator doesn't go on, calls your service guy comes out and charges $300 because it's a weekend and says it's a fuel problem. Don't yall say something about u never have worry about your lights going out?? What if this was a hurricane. So my thought r, your technology could use some improvement your maintenance program is suspect, and for the cost of these generators 3 years old should be more dependable. Right now 3 stars seems a lot.
