6 months agoMy secretary ordered 700' of 18/4 shielded cable. The spool said 12/3 and the actual wire is 18/8. Needless to say it's not what we ordered. We cannot use it because the job specs certain wire. And They refuse to give us our money back and take the wire back. They're even lying through email saying they told us it's not exactly what we wanted but it's similar which is a blatant lie. This job specs a certain wire and that's the only wire I approved. Lane's AC will never use this company again. -
