15 years agoI had unsuccessfully fixed one of the ceiling fans earlier and decided to replace it. The other fan had recently stopped working. When I contacted the office, they were able to give me an early appointment (7:30 am) and an estimated time of completion. The office verified the time on the day before service; the serviceman arrived on time. The work went well. He completed the job in the time estimated by the person who initially took the call. When he discovered that one of the bulbs that came with one of the fans was broken, he went to Home Depot and obtained another one.
