2 years agoThey did one of 2 rooms because I had some small furniture in one room. They had never told me before coming out that all furniture had to be moved. They never came back out to finish the other room even though I told them I would pay for them to have to come back out. They charged $200 more than the quote because of a 2% processing fee. I do NOT recommend this company. Very frustrating -

11 years agoI was contacted promptly by Matt not long after my web site inquiry. I was then contacted by Adam of SNR First Rate Floors who would be doing the work. Adam was punctual and professional. He was able to finish the work in one day and did a first rate job of clean up afterwards. (If you've ever had floors resanded, you know it leaves a nice layer of dust everywhere). I am so pleased with the outcome - the one day of work, the matching of color to the adjoining room and the overall look that I've decided to not replace the carpet in the last first floor room and instead refinish that room as well. Adam will be back in two weeks. Highly professional, trustworthy and just generally a really nice guy. -
