4 weeks agoI hate to have anyone do anything for me, but in this case I took a chance. WOW , real service does still exist! From setting an appointment to Devin that came out. Devin was very clean cut, very professional and extremely intelligent. He gave us multiple options, explained them very well and was surprised that he began doing what I requested. Do not fear me sparky, only fear not using them! Thank you all at Mr sparky! -

4 weeks agoMr. Sparky's technician was ok at initial meeting on site at a rental home. He said the problem may have been a tree limb due to the high winds we had experienced lately. I asked him to indicate on the quote & he said he would. However, once I reviewed the quote there was no mention of such. Additionally, the quote was not listed as I expected and only indicated 1 of this and 1 of that, etc. with a total quote of two methods, so I'm guessing. I asked for itemized quotes and haven't seen a thing. The quotes were apparently to redo the entire electrical system for the house, which is extremely expensive. Especially since the interior wiring has already been replace. Found a great price with someone else.
