7 months agoHad an absolutely horrible experience with this company. The team they had is either grossly incompetent or completely reckless. Somehow the installers they had working in the apartment above mine managed to cut a water pipe in the wall while installing flooring which resulted in my apartment flooding with almost an inch of water. The owner came out and assured us that he would cut us a check "no problem". However the process has been nothing but a problem. They keep stating that they need proof of us paying our renters insurance deductible before they will cut us a check but we just had to pay to move and my wife is 29 weeks pregnant so between paying for the move and buying all the stuff you need for a baby and paying for doctors appointments we do not have a spare $1000 lying around to pay for the deductible and at this point I do not trust this company to reimburse us in any sort of timely manner. If I were you I wouldn't use this company if they were the only company within 1000 miles because if they screw something up they will do everything possible to not make it right. If they're willing to screw over a pregnant woman and her family best believe they'll screw over anyone. -
