He called us when he was on the way, arrived on time, clearly explained what he was going to do to help us deep clean our carpets after our dog was not feeling well, and he got to work. I appreciated that he let me know when the equipment he was using would be loud as I work from home, and I'm often on client calls. We also discovered that we are in the same business networking group, and have similar connections in common! All around he's very personable and fantastic at his trade. 3 months agoI want to give a huge shout and recommendation for Shawn Nowack and First Clean SC. We have only been in our new home for 8 months and we thought our carpets were clean since it was a new home. We didn't realize how dirty they actually were until I saw l the dirt that was coming out of them. Shawn came in and did all of our carpets, area rugs, and sofa at a great price. He is extremely professional, has great communication, and prompt on the day of the job. I highly recommend him if you need good clean carpets at a great price. We will definitely be having him out every 6 months to keep everything in tip top shape.
