11 years agoJim Robinson was very professional. Called before coming for the scheduled appointment. He was on time. He explained pre-treating the carpet & how to spot-treat stains in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend him. He did not move any of the furniture but I did not ask for that service. Whether or not their is an extra charge for that service, I do not know. -

14 years agoContacted CarpetKare who I have used before. Used the coupon for the five area special they have in Yellow Pages. Decent basic cleaning done in all requested areas. They do not move or lift furniture to get underneath. I have used other companies in the past that move furniture or use a second crew person to lift while another crew member cleans under chairs, sofas, etc. which is why they cost about $50 more for the same areas. They do a fair job for a fair price.
