2 weeks agoWe've been Lebrun Electric customers for about 3 yrs now. We got Gemstone lights then signed up for 2x/yr HVAC service. This time was just a routine Electrical panel/system check up which was part of their membership program. Steve was great. He explained everything that he found and gave some recommendations. He fixed the EV 240v charger plug that was installed incorrectly and replaced it bec wiring was burnt. We also had an extra outlet installed in our basement. Steve was very thorough and friendly. We were completely satisfied and recommended Lebrun to our neighbors and friends. -

2 weeks agoThe whole experience was great. From the very start, Connor and Blake were friendly and honest. They took the time to introduce themselves and the company, then listened intently while I explained the issue. We had a very old HVAC system, and we were leaning toward a full replacement. We then had Aaron and Matt visit us, who were just as awesome to work with. They patiently and clearly walked us through every question we had. Once agreeing upon how we wanted to move forward, they got everything scheduled as quickly as possible. The actual installation was a breeze. They were very respectful of our house; covering carpets and being cautious of walls and furniture as they lugged the heavy equipment in and out. They swapped our entire system out in a matter of a few hours. They then took all of the old appliance pieces away for us, and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Wouldn't have even known they were ever here if it weren't for the nice new system. Thanks a ton, guys! Happy customer. -

2 weeks agoPedro Ortiz came out for a furnace repair very friendly and professional. On time and very responsive he also got his co worker out to my place within an hour to get an estimate on a new furnace. Highly recommend reasonably priced as well!
