9 months agoOther reviewers were not lying. You need to verify your employees actually know how to operate a moving vehicle before giving them a work truck. Guy in the truck in Forest lake yesterday drives like his daddy never came home from getting the milk to teach him how to drive. Poor guy never learned you can't cut through closed lanes to cut people off :( -

10 months agoCompany should really put a dash cam on the employee who drives a white Chevy pickup, specifically the one that was driving on 394 and 169 sound today. Tailgating everyone, merging lanes into spaces they did not fit and almost caused an accident. -

1 year agoTried to contact this company about a van driver who was dangerous on the road. At 7 am on the Lafayette Bridge 9/25/24 getting on my bumper at less than 2 feet in the right lane by Plato Blvd and flashing his lights, little did he know a State Trooper was right in front of me. Left a message on the contact us on the website. Left my email and phone # a week later no contact. This driver is a nuisance as many times he is weaving in and out of traffic at excess speeds I just let it go usually, he is dangerous, but they don't care. No need to respond now too late but everyone else will know what kind of employees you hire.

FAQ
How does Midwest Maintenance & Mechanical determine pricing for electrician and HVAC services?
We base pricing on the scope of the job, materials required, and time needed to complete electrical or HVAC work safely and effectively. Contact us for a detailed quote tailored to your property's needs.
Are you licensed and insured for electrical and HVAC work?
Midwest Maintenance & Mechanical carries full licensing and insurance to cover electrician services, HVAC setups, and maintenance for commercial buildings and townhomes. This ensures all work meets local standards in the Minneapolis area. Our coverage protects your property during jobs like air conditioner relocations.
Does Midwest Maintenance & Mechanical handle relocating air conditioners and temporary HVAC setups during construction?

Our crew coordinates these jobs to minimize disruptions during fence work or similar projects. This service keeps systems operational without long downtimes.
What is your typical timeline and arrival window for scheduling services?
We schedule jobs based on your property's needs, aiming for prompt arrival windows that fit construction timelines or maintenance requirements.
