  If you're looking for a high-quality Persian or hand-knotted rug, I can recommend Kurosh Amrami. Over the past 25 years, I've purchased several such rugs from sellers in the United States and the Far East, and I've come to believe that trust is the most important factor when buying a rug. Rugs vary widely in quality, age, and marketability, and unless one is an expert, it can be difficult to assess the true value of any given piece. Because I trusted Kurosh, I recently purchased a very expensive rug from him. He is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and I would be glad to work with him again.

  When we moved to a new apartment my wife and I went to Kurosh to choose one or two rugs. He was able to find the perfect pieces for us from an incredible selection. The only problem was narrowing it down from all the beautiful pieces available. When the rugs were delivered and in place Kurosh was able to provide a number of additional rugs which matched the original pieces beautifully. Overall the experience was wonderful and the results in our apartment were truly transformational. Kurosh really knows how to integrate all the pieces into a whole. If we had more space i would be back in a heartbeat

  Kurosh rugs set up my house to look like a beautiful home! We love our rugs and enjoy the warmth and artistry it brings to our spaces. Kurosh rugs knew what styles and sizes were the best fit for place and we are sooo happy!

  We had a flood in our condo and lost our favorite rug from Turkey in the water damage. We came across Kurosh Amrami's store while out visiting a number of other rug merchants. He showed us a terrific selection of really interesting and unique options from the Middle East and Asia. We purchased a beautiful one from Afghanistan and we really love it. Kurosh is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the right pick for your home. We highly recommend working with him!

  My parents downsized to a new apartment, but bought all new rugs. The striking colors really complete the rooms l. Their furniture is rather neutral and the rugs MAKE the space and add gorgeous color and sophistication. I am buying rug pads from him (got hand me downs) and look forward to buying rugs in the future. Photos from their apartment.
