13 years agoWe contacted Dan Abramson, Vice President of Fabricare, and he scheduled an appointment with us at our convenience. He showed us all the options as far as quality of fabric, sheen and colors. He did not try to sell us the most expensive fabric, but rather showed us fabrics that were appropriate for our requirements. We got our stools back in a couple weeks and we were extremely impressed. They made the stools look better than they did when we bought them. In addition to reupholstering the stools, they also went above and beyond what we'd asked them to do by touching up the arms and legs of the stool that had been dinged and scratched by wear and tear. We are very impressed with their professionalism and with the job they did for us. We highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.
