1 week agoThe installers were friendly and did great work. My project took approx 4 months due to 2 different types of flooring and the ordering process/acclimation period. Communication between the office and field personnel could improve as quote persons stated we couldn't do a project as requested per their supervisor. The installers suggested the original request instead of the larger project the supervisors wanted. I am waiting to hear back from the office about a refund on unused untouched material, but have so far been told it can't be returned. All individuals I have spoken to are friendly and understanding, but my recommendation is to be firm and clear about expectations. -

1 week agoThey wanted full payment up front so I hesitantly paid them even though I wanted to pay half then the rest when they were done. They didn't have a part to finish on the first day and said they would be back in a couple days. I had to call the next week to schedule a second day. They knew they were missing parts and didn't communicate that to me ahead of time. We waited over a month for the job to be finished. They sent one guy back over to do our stairs and he worked until 7pm. We were very thankful for him but he rushed the last few steps so he could get back home to his family which is understandable but he shouldn't have to do it by himself. The seal on the steps is now cracking just a couple months after installation. I asked what they were willing to do since it took so long and they never reached out to me after the job was done. I don't recommend them at all -

1 week agoWe decided to update our hallway by replacing the carpet with hardwood flooring. Although we encountered a few issues during the process, Wagner stood behind their work and made everything right. We appreciate their commitment to customer service. Recommended. -
