Laura did such a wonderful job with explaining the type of flooring, as we booked from a different state. We were a little nervous booking without seeing samples but Laura sent photos and communicated when her team would be in and out of our home. She even sent us progress photos. Everything was completed on time and just as Laura said it would be. We are so happy with our new basement flooring. I would highly recommend this company. -
