  I felt a need to add this again. Horrible Terrible Installation! I has been, I believe, 11 years now and the seams have never disappeared. Very expensive carpet and extremely shoddy installation. Horrible installation. Bought expensive carpet and their installers botched the job. 3+ years later and the seams are still very visible. I tried working with them at the time but they kept sending out the same installer who kept telling me the seams would disappear. It was like the saying doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. Too bad I can't give them a negative rating. RUN RUN from these guys.

  This is the kind of work you can expect from Eagle Flooring. There was hardly any mortar used when my master shower tile was installed. Six of the tiles cracked 14 months after it was installed. When the tiles were replaced I found the visible gap behind the tiles and lack of mortar. Ian from Eagle Flooring came out, was extremely unprofessional and said the tiles were installed correctly. Beware of this company!

  Used this company for LVP flooring and tile. Tile was fine. The LVP is not good. The Shaw Floorte LVP continues to cup or lift at the ridges. They replaced some sections (some even twice) and then other areas started to cup or lift. I called and left a message twice and they have bever called me back. Don't use Shaw and don't use this place for flooring.

  Outstanding customer service and great pricing!! I can only say great things about Eagle Flooring and the person in contact, Brian S. (I hope there's only one Brian S.) For privacy purposes, I won't share his last name. Long story short, 3 years ago, half my house had flooring replacement due to a flood. I didn't think about replacing the floors in the entire house at the time.. Fast forward 3 years later, Murphy's law, the manufacturer stopped making the vinyl flooring that was used during remodeling. However, they provided a list of flooring places that previously ordered the same product. I called about 30 stores in 5 states, and I started to lose hope, but then I called Eagle Flooring and got to speak to Brian. He immediately put my mind at ease, telling me he not only had the product but enough of it.. next thing you know, he shipped it to my house in another state in no time. This place, well, Brian mainly was a life saver. My house is now finished and has the same flooring! Brian went above and beyond, he took the effort and time to help me out. I can't thank him enough for being so professional and courteous. Throughout my interaction with Brian, he was always quick to respond, a couple times he even called instead of sending an email to make sure my flooring needs were met and that all was good. When I think about customer service and orders from homeowners, this is how I imagine it to be done. Brian represented everything that a 5 star customer service should be (if I could, I'd give him 10 stars) and he absolutely lead by example. Thank you Brian!! You made this happen!
