4 weeks agoI had carpet installed by this company a few years ago and recently reached out because the carpet began bunching up and forming visible rolls. They did send someone out to assess the issue. The technician stated the carpet was not installed improperly but explained that the repair was larger than expected and that he would need additional help. He said he would return to complete the work. Unfortunately, he never came back. As of today, Floors By Tomorrow has not fixed the issue, nor have they followed up or responded to my messages. I am extremely disappointed, especially since I have referred business to this company in the past. The lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. At this point, I cannot recommend or use this company again unless this issue is resolved promptly. After this went up I was contacted by the owner Dan. Thank you Dan for reaching back out. I will say that most of anything that happens for either good or bad is usually a result of communication. After Dan and I spoke this is exactly what happened. There was definitely a mis communication issue. Dan was able to see the problem and fix the problem. I do appreciate that as a consumer and a business owner myself. Thank you Dan for getting everything taking care of with my carpet. Arthur and his crew did a great job at fixing the carpet issues. They were fast and diligent at getting the job done. We can now walk without tripping over carpet and can vacuum without the stress of making it worse. I will use this company again and not afraid to refer to my clients, family and friends. -

2 months agoIt was such a pleasure working with the entire team here. I would gladly hire them again. And while it wasn't "next day" floors it was, in fact, "day after tomorrow" floors which considering the scale of the project was incredible. Highly recommended! -

3 months agoThe entire experience was wonderful. I had requested a quote, and had my carpet installed the next day. (Scheduling worked in my favor). I believe they are reasonably priced and the payment methods were flexible as well. The installers were polite, kind, and customer focused. They removed the existing carpet and pad, installed the new ones, and tidied up afterwards. I expect to use Flooring by Tomorrow on future projects. -
