13 years agoI really liked that their chemical process is children and pet safe. I also really liked that I had a wine a stain from red wine and he was able to get it out right away. The carpet was very dry and able for me to move everything back as soon as he was done. It was little colder last week, and because of the process they use it was not necessary to leave doors open unlike other carpet cleaning processes. He was on time, extremely friendly, bonded, and insured. He did a great job. -
