1 year agoSo incredibly disappointed. After reading the glowing reviews, getting an estimate consistent with the other companies I spoke to and their ability to install a black metal fence the next week I was super excited. Unfortunately, I think I must have gotten an inexperienced crew because they did an awful job. The fence was not level and they left a mess at the end of the day. Then to add insult to injury they damaged two of our irrigation heads and would do nothing about it. I understood that they could not avoid irrigation that they could not see and I signed the contract accordingly but we MARKED the heads and REVIEWED them with the team and they still damaged two of them and refused to help with any repair or cost for replacement. Then when the gate wasn't working correctly and the fence still wasn't level they started adding late fees to my invoice. Also make sure to discuss with them a step off vs racking installation if you have any slope to your property. I was lucky to catch this before they started. Fortunately, Casey did the right thing and returned to fix the gate and level the fence and had the late fee removed.
