Then called 3 times each time they said the franchise manager would give us a call never received call 2.5 hours later still waiting for a response. I highly advise to stay away from this company unless you want to waste your whole day sitting on your empty living room floor. Not professional or caring for the customers livelihood -

4 years agoI had Green Bay carpet cleaners redo my carpets. Another company came a few weeks ago and left the carpet the same way it was, visible stains. I called Greenbay to my great satisfaction. My carpets look amazing. Alfred was wonderful, professional, courteous and punctual. Their prices were very reasonable. -

4 years agoVery good service. Uses dry cleaning technology to eliminate mold odors and stains. Was dry within about 15 minutes. Did my entire house for a fair price and took only a few hours solo. Honest guy will work around furniture too which was nice. Thanks looks great -

5 years agoThe technition at GreenBay Carpet Pro's used 40 gallons of water for a 265 s.f. space. He flooded my home. 24 days dater, I have no carpets, or furniture due to mold & the subfloors are about to fall through due to being particle bord, as I told them it was a mobile home. My beautiful wall to wall carpets had to be torn out & thrown away. The chair I paid him to clean also grew mold and had to be thrown away. I was quoted $49.00 per room, hallway and deoderizing free, I was charged $258.00 Completely unresponsive to fixing the problem they created. Water running under the walls destroyed the floors in my entire home. They dont seem to be insured, not lic3nced or bonded, and certainly dont care about thier customers. -
