5 months agoMy recent experience with them on replacing carpet with LVP was very disappointing. The labor team was unreliable and the workmanship was poor. They first tried to use a cheap plastic piece for the stair cap, and when replaced, the new piece was the wrong color. The LVP connections are uneven because the subfloor wasn't prepared properly. Attempts to have this corrected dragged on, and the last time I reached out I was met with personal stories about staff health issues-which felt unprofessional and unrelated to my project. I've decided not to have them back and have given up on getting it fixed. Take your business elsewhere -

1 year agoThe owner of this company Dennis is a joke. I have had to result in filing police reports along with reports on bbb as this vendor robbed ne and my company and told me I was not the owner of my company. Charged my business card $1300 then called my bank and said it was fraud. Asked when my money would be back in account told me he did not know. Bluntly robbed me. I had to get my tenant carpet installed with Key Carpet. If you are looking to do business with a legitimate company call Chris at key carpet. This company is a joke! And I'm going extremely far with my claim against him! Call key carpet do not waste time with this company. -

1 year agoThis company charged my card $1300 for a deposit for a carpet install. Took the money out of my account then proceed to call my bank to report suspicious activity because they assumed a father and daughter company was committing fraud instead of clicking our website and or googling our company. Both me and my father own the company. The business lost out on a great business relationship due to their assumptions. 2/6- Update: After several calls and reviews we were finally refunded for the deposit that they thought was fraudulent. Their assumption saved me money as well went from $2600 to $1800 with Key Carpet who did great business next day after I explained my frustration with JJS Flooring. -
