4 years agoI attempted to get an estimate on carpet from this company. I picked out the carpet I liked. Shawn sent out someone to measure my floor. They measured. And now I've gotten no response after 2 weeks with an estimate. I even called in and requested Shawn call me back. Nothing. I went somewhere else and got much more organized and responsive service. Won't be back to Carpets Plus anytime, and wouldn't recommend anyone else waste their time here. -
