1 year agoWe have been so happy working with this company. We've specifically been working with the owner. We are renovating our tiny bathroom in our 60s house and we wanted it to be our dream tiny bathroom. The drywall work done before he came in was not up to par and he was kind enough to help us get it fixed and ready for tile. We had him tile our whole bathroom from top to bottom and it turned out so beautiful. I feel like I'm in a spa now! We enjoyed working with him so much we called him back to do some finishing work we needed done too. He was flexible, easy to communicate with, and reasonable for pricing. We got some crazy quotes for remodeling the entire bathroom or even just tiling it. We will definitely be using him again when it comes time to do our basement which is next on the list. -

1 year agoMy husband and I came to master floor and more with tons of different issues. We had our subfloors & floors done a few years ago by someone that apparently did not know what they were doing. I had contractors come look at the job I currently had & tell me that they didn't even want to bother with it. And then I was referred to master floor and more. He did such a great job and finished it on time. Replacing our subfloors and luxury vinyl plank floor. His experience was great and the price was fantastic!! I loved his recommendation on different topics! Plus It was wonderful speaking to the owner of the company...who actually did the work on our floors! He is a contractor so he doesn't have set hours. I knew he was free to come and go between set hours which was great with me! The work was done right and on time! That was the most important part!! I highly recommend this company!!! Now we are going to have him do our deck! -

3 years agoWe booked them for a job and they were supposed to show up today and we have not seen or heard from them. We already paid a $500 deposit and NOT A SINGLE WORD! I have called, texted and sent them correspondence on messenger. My husband took the day off of work to be there for them to come. The very least they could do would be to call and let us know their schedule changed. Our contract was for TODAY AND TOMORROW. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend.
