2 years agoWe used B & L for our house filled with dogs and teenagers. First let me say they were polite, professional, and quick to respond to the request for cleaning. When they arrived, they walked the house with me so I could point out the trouble spots. Then they got to work efficiently cleaning the carpets. The carpets were so gross before the cleaning due to 3 puppies in the process of housebreaking. They did a phenomenal job on getting out the stains and smell. It's been a couple of weeks now without the smell. It's life altering in my house. I would recommend them without hesitation. -
