ON DAY OF APPOINTMENT THE TIME CAME AND WENT WITH NO CALL WE HAD TO REACH OUT AND THE MAN SAID HE WAS SORRY AND STATED HE COULD COME ANOTHER DAY ALONG WITH A DISCOUNT, WHEN THAT DAY CAME HE NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED AGAIN WE HAD TO REACH OUT, AFTER WE REACHED OUT TO HIM BY PHONE AND TEXT HE RESPONDED BY TEXTING BACK SAYING "I AM SORRY WHO AM I SPEAKING WITH CALLER ID DOES NOT SHOW ON TEXT MESSAGE" WE TOLD HIM WHO WE WERE AND WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND ONCE AGAIN NO RESPONSE BACK! WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!! -
