1 week agoWe used custom floors for all of the tile, countertop, and flooring used in our new custom build home. We couldn't be happier and more impressed with the attention to detail and the true artistic ability of their tile installer. We had a difficult kitchen backsplash installed and they took so much time to make sure every measurement and mitered angle was done to perfection. This work will be a statement piece in our home for many years to come. We greatly appreciate their level of service throughout the process and would highly recommend! -

1 week agoWe used Custom Floors and Stone for our new kitchen countertops. Materials: They have a fantastic selection of many types of stone (Granite/Quartz/Quartzite/Marble), and you can get up close and personal with the slabs in their warehouse (and visit as much as you like without being bothered). Process: Rodney was our point person and he was very knowledgeable, patient, honest, and personable throughout the process. He was fantastic to work with. He helped us pick the stone that matched our needs and provided the quote after taking measurements at your home. Install: Custom Floors was used for some of the install, and we were less impressed with them (the scheduling and clean up had some bumps, the actual work was adequate). Custom Stone was in charge of most of the install, and they were great work with, including Callie the scheduler. We priced out some other places and Custom Stone's prices are definitely competitive and their selection was unmatched. At the end of the day- kitchen countertops are a huge investment. It matters a lot who you decide to work with, and I recommend this group! -

4 weeks agoI used Custom Floors to replace carpeting in my upstairs area. The first installation went well, as did the second. The third installation, which was complicated, did not. I could hear the subcontractor on the phone and I understand Spanish so I could hear that he was out of his depth. I tried to call the contacts I had been given but they were out of the office. I tried to call my salesperson but out of the office. I tried the main line but ended up in voicemail. Essentially what happened is that the installer was running out of carpet and so he pieced together two foot sections. This looked terrible. When I complained, they brought another team out who confided that the first guy no longer worked there because he was bad. They stretched the carpet but couldn't fix the fact that I had multiple seams in my hallway. I complained again and they sent someone out to tell me it was fine and there was no problem. Well, I have now replaced that hall carpet with Full Circle flooring and had no problems. I'm writing this review because there is a consequence for trying to tell your customers it's done right when it clearly isn't. They've lost my business and I caution others. -

Specifically, we worked with Lee Simmons, who did a great job, helping us select the right product, coordinating the installation, and handling the details of the installation. Lee always went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly! My wife and I highly recommend Custom Floors and Lee if you are in the market for new flooring! -

2 months agoMy wife and I explored getting new countertops for our kitchen. We began knowing nothing about the process and proceeded to gather quotes and information. We finally made our way to Custom Stone because of a recommendation. We are so glad we listened to their recommendation. The process was flawless compared to other companies and we learned quite a bit about the process. Rodney and his team were fantastic! We ended up getting a better countertop and sink (at a better price as well) compared to the competitors we visited. The turn around for getting our product was quick too. We finished the project in less than a few weeks from visiting Custom Stone. We highly recommend using Custom stone for any project!
