4 years agoEugene was very responsive and communicated with professionalism and accuracy. I wasn't able to get to the store when they opened, so he accommodated me by letting me drop off my area rug a half hour before they opened. He did the same when it was time for me to pick up. I've had this rug close to 30 years and when I got it home it looked practically brand new. I forgot how dark the colors were. It's gorgeous. The picture doesn't do the rug justice. When it's time to get my area rugs cleaned, I'll make sure to visit Hopman again. Thanks, Eugene!
