3 months agoIf I could give them 0 stars, I would! We waited 5 months for our install and when it finally happened, they told us they were missing a part for our privacy gate. We were more than understanding and were told the new part would come within a few days. Almost 2 weeks later they finally come back with the wrong part. We finally got the gate installed almost a month after the fence was done and it is horrible! We have called several times over the last month to have them come back and fix it but no one is responding. Outside of the terrible installation of our privacy gate, they left the entire perimeter of our yard in shambles. Piles of dirt everywhere, chunks of concrete, sharp metal chain link scraps all over the yard and some how managed to spill their quick-Crete cement in our yard. After a rainy day, my senior dog came inside with cement on his paws which was not pleasant to remove. If we would have known this is how this process would pan out, we would have never gone forward with the installation! We purchased our fence through Lowe's and Render was the assigned contractor. I would highly suggest steering clear of using them unless you also want to be left with a poor quality install. Don't waste your money or time! -

6 months agoI am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from Render Fencing. Initially, they were responsive and answered their phone calls. However, once we raised concerns about the quality of workmanship, their communication ceased entirely. They have since ignored our numerous calls and messages. What's even more concerning is that they have also ignored Lowe's, who they were contacted through, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. This level of customer service is appalling, and I strongly advise against trusting them with your business. Please save yourself the headache and find a company that values it's customers and stands behind their work. -

FAQ
How does Render Fences determine pricing for fence installations?
We assess pricing based on factors like fence material, total length, height, terrain challenges, and any custom features such as gates. Our team provides a detailed quote after visiting your property to measure and discuss your needs. This ensures you understand exactly what is covered, including labor and materials, without hidden fees.
Are you licensed and insured?
Render Fences carries the necessary licensing and insurance required for fencing work in Fishers, IN, to protect your property and our crew during installation. We handle liability coverage and workers' compensation as standard practice. Homeowners should always verify credentials directly with us before starting a project.
Does Render Fences install privacy gates and fences around trees or pools?
We install privacy gates along with full boundary fences in aluminum, wood, vinyl, and chain-link to match your property requirements. Our crews have experience with horizontal wood slat fences around trees, picket fences for backyards, vinyl gates, split-rail designs, and picket fences near pools. These installations receive hands-on attention to ensure proper fit and durability.
What is your typical timeline for fence installation?
Render Fences schedules projects based on your availability and our crew capacity, with installations often completing in a few days for standard boundaries once materials arrive. We communicate expected start dates and daily arrival windows clearly upfront to set realistic expectations. Delays can occur if parts like gate hardware are needed, so we confirm all details beforehand.
What does Render Fences do with debris and cleanup after installation?
We remove all waste materials, scraps, and debris from your property at the end of each workday and after project completion. Our crews leave the site clean, with the ground leveled where possible around the new fence. This includes hauling away old fencing if you're replacing an existing one.
Why is hiring you better than doing a DIY fence installation?
Our professional approach uses specialized tools and techniques for precise post-setting and alignment, avoiding common DIY errors like uneven lines or unstable structures that lead to early failure. We select durable materials suited to Midwest weather and handle site-specific challenges like slopes or obstacles safely. This results in a long-lasting fence without the risks of injury or code violations from improper digging or permitting.
