1 week agowhenever we have to get a plug fixed or have something installed at our restaurant Coleman is always the first people we call. take a look at these giant chandeliers they installed. they are 6 ft. tall and 5 ft. circumference and they got them up in one afternoon. it was awesome. -

1 year agoJohn gave me a quote with an energy management system with a Tesla Wall Connector setup. I asked if I can have the Tesla Wall Connector setup without an energy management system. He said No. I then walked which system. He ghosted me. -

2 years agoI truly don't know what happened with this company. I used them a few times for various items around the house (checking electric in new purchase, ceiling fan, adding an outlet) without too much issue. The last time I worked with them nobody arrived at the agreed upon time. I called them up to make sure I hadn't accidentally made a mistake on the day and the woman on the phone yelled that they could not do the work I wanted and all but hung up on me. I wanted them to help me get an outlet I could plug a microwave into (it was blowing the fuse when plugged in). I would have been fine if they gave me any explanation of why they couldn't do the work and just apologized for the scheduling snafu (they did not tell me the work could not be done when we scheduled it), but it was a very aggressive and unsettling call. I can't in good conscious give this place one star as when they came out they did good work, but I also can't really use them in the future as they don't honor their scheduling or explain their work well. Still months later I'm baffled by the experience.
