JackTranghese was responsive to my call, provided a fair and reasonable estimate. EPOS completed the work as requested and in a professional and timely manner. The products that EPOS provided to complete the work requested were of the highest quality and fairly priced. The electricians that provided the services for EPOS Systems, Colin and Kelce, worked efficiently and professionally. They also kept me informed of their progress and were courteous at all times through our interactions. The work requested was completed in single service call and to my total satisfaction. My special thanks to Jack Tranghese, for addressing my needs so promptly and to Colin and Kelce for a job well done. I have been a client of EPOS for years and would highly recommend the company. -

4 weeks agoWe recently hired EPOS Systems to Professional install our very Expensive Samsung TV. The owner (Dan) I met in person at his place of Business to discuss our options on the installation. Dan was very helpful and came to our home prior to asscess what would be needed. The following week his Installers Rob and Jordan showed up to perform the install. Rob and Jordan we're Top Notch Installers and couldn't do enough for us. They were extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable and absolutely knew what they we're doing. The install was a huge success and and the employees we're excellent. My wife and I highly recommend this Company. -

The service tech (Tom) was right on time and could not have been nicer. Tom Fixed my problem and then went above and beyond with helpful information and tips for the future.
