3 months agoElectrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade The work was excellent, the price was competitive, all time-line promises were honored, and the work area was left spotless every step of the way. Those aspects alone merited a 5-star review. But East-West really hit it out of the ballpark with the professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, exceptional communication, and positive attitudes of their employees. Starting with Phil, who wrote up our estimate and later calmly solved a small speed bump in our project. Then Maya, their office manager who impressed with her ease (and promptness) in communication and amazing kindness. And Jonathan, Frank, and John, who did the work cheerfully and with pride in both their process and outcomes. I could not recommend a business more enthusiastically nor with greater appreciation. -

9 years agoWe have already hired East-West for another job and also as our primary go-to for electrical contracting from this point on. I truly wish I could give East-West Electric an A+++ but I'm only limited to a simple "A" here. East-West did a phenomenal job and got us fixed up without delay and took care of another minor electrical issue that was plaguing us at the same time that we had not thought to bring up. The crew was extremely professional, courteous and ultimately more helpful than we usually find with vendors these days. As Board President of Disston Arms Condominium Association, Inc.
