They had great communication to schedule a last-minute deep clean of my decades-old wall-to-wall carpet in my workplace... and they were able to get a TON of dirt and grime out of it with their shampooing machine and thorough work (see the attached photos of the dirty water that came out!!!). The room looks and smells so much better now, and I feel very appreciative. The technicians and Reginald were very nice, even dealing with special requests, and I will definitely book with them again.
