8 months agoTom came out on a Sunday after lightening struck near our house. He told me what the weekend rate was before he came. He did a fantastic job and because it was an easy fix he charged me less than the minimum he had quoted me. I will use him again! -

8 months agoI would give 10 stars if I could. I have used Tom on several occasions and this biggest things that stand out are his promptness and the fact he will actually do all he can to try to FIX it. You never get an upsell of "you need a new unit" like you do from certain contractors that you see on commercials. The blower on our AC recently stopped working. I contacted Tom on a Saturday and he was there Sunday to see the problem. The fan on the blower had literally come apart (said he had never seen that happen). He came back with a new fan and had to do some retro fitting because the old fan had done some damage when it fell apart. He worked at least 3-4 hours getting it right. By the time he was done we had air again. On top on all of that he is simply a nice guy. He told me that he tried to treat his customers as if it was his house, he wants to fix it before he decides anything needs to be replaced. It is very hard trying to find a professional contractor that actually fixes things these days; in particular with HVAC. Use Ace Electric; you will not be disappointed.
