5 months agoDO NOT USE Star Flooring. They did a great job at install but left my fridge unplugged so it leaked and warped my kitchen floors. Elmis apologized but said he was short staffed. He then proceeded to ghost me and did not honor their one year warranty. I submitted a formal complaint with the BBB and they did not bother to respond to them either. -

I have NEVER encountered a Subcontractor of any craft who paid more attention to detail and did everything he could to satisfy his customer than Elmis and his staff. I had very extenuating circumstances regarding the work which had to be done to recover from a tornado and fire in my home. Star Flooring more than exceeded my expectations. I would definitely refer Star Flooring to anyone who asked for my opinion. Thanks Elmis and Junior!! -
